About This Tour
Seven days in Singapore studying how one of the world's most admired governments plans cities, delivers digital services and builds trust with citizens. This is a working study tour, not a holiday: expect briefings, site visits and structured reflection each day, and leave with an implementation plan you can take back to your organisation. Proposed programme — the final schedule and site visits are confirmed with you before departure.
