How Trob Trips handles your personal information.

What we collect
Your name, contact details and account information; the details of the trips you book and the travellers on them; documents needed for travel (such as passport details); and payment records. We do not store full card numbers — card payments are handled by our payment providers.
How we use it
To book and run your trip, take payments, send booking and reminder messages, keep you safe while travelling, and improve our service. We send marketing email only where you have agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who sees it
Only the Trob team members who need it, and partners such as airlines, hotels and visa agents where your trip requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How we protect it
Travel documents and proofs of payment are stored privately and shared only through short-lived secure links.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
