The basics of booking and travelling with Trob Trips.

Bookings
A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received. You are responsible for giving accurate traveller details and holding valid travel documents.
Payments
Payments are due on the dates shown in your payment schedule. Unpaid reservations may be released so that others can book the seats.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are handled according to the terms stated for your specific tour at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Travel
Itineraries may change for safety, weather or other reasons outside our control; we will always tell you as soon as we can and do our best to offer a comparable alternative.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
